Please note estimated delivery dates for your order are shown in checkout to assist you. Dispatch of your order may occasionally be delayed due to the following...

• Busy periods include Sale, Product Launches & Christmas. Due to increased volumes of orders, our processing times may increase from 2/3 working days to 5/7 working days, however, this will be reflected in the delivery date estimate at checkout when you select your chosen delivery service.
• If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will do our best to source a replacement where possible - this may take up to 7 additional days.
• If we suspect fraud or foul play, we may place your order on hold and contact you for further details
• You have ordered a made-to-order item with a lead time/specialist delivery service
